Upload clear, well-lit selfies where your face is clearly visible. Avoid heavy filters, sunglasses, or photos where your face is partially covered. The better quality your input photos, the better your AI headshots will be.
How long until I get my headshots?
No long waits here! Most headshots are ready in under a minute and will appear in your album as soon as they're done.
What image format do I get?
All headshots are delivered in PNG format, perfect for both web and print use. Need extra detail? You can upscale to 2K or 4K directly from your album.
Do I own the final images?
Yes, you have full ownership and usage rights to all headshots generated for you. Use them for LinkedIn, websites, portfolios, or anywhere else you need a professional photo.
What if I'm not satisfied?
We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your headshots, contact our support team and we'll work with you to make it right.
Credits & Pricing
How does pricing work?
Modoface uses simple credit packs instead of subscriptions. Buy a pack, get credits and permanently unlock that tier's features. No recurring charges, no commitments — just pay when you need more.
How many credits does a generation cost?
A solo headshot costs 10 credits. Group generations, edits, and upscales have their own credit costs — all clearly shown before you confirm.
Do credits expire?
No. Your credits are yours to use whenever you're ready. There's no monthly countdown or use-it-or-lose-it pressure.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Just grab another pack. Your plan tier and all its features stay unlocked permanently — you're only buying more credits.
Can I upgrade my plan?
Yes — just buy a higher-tier pack. You'll get credits and permanently unlock that tier's features. Your tier only goes up, never down.
Is there a subscription option?
Only the Team tier is a monthly subscription ($150/mo), designed for organizations that need shared credit pools, member management, and centralized billing. All other tiers are one-time purchases.
Privacy & Security
Do you train AI on my photos?
No. Your photos or generated headshots aren't used for training by Modoface or our partners. They're only used to create your images, and they stay private unless you choose to share them. Read our full privacy policy.
How is my privacy protected?
